Trans'itions Fund
What is it?
This fund is for teens and young adults between the ages of 13 and 26 who are interested in financial assistance for gender affirming actions (ie. fees associated with name changes, the purchase of a binder or gaff, or "other" with PFLAG Hanover board approval). Preference is given to youth who attend the PFLAG Hanover/Madison youth auxiliary group(s) but is open to youth in Jefferson County Indiana and adjoining counties. This benefit is awarded up to twice a year but cannot be claimed by the same individual in one calendar year. This fund is awarded the first of June and December.
How do I apply?
You or your parent/guardian can apply by filling out the Google Doc Form found by following this link: Trans'itions Fund Form
How can I contribute to this fund?
You can make a donation via Paypal, by simply clicking the "Donate Now" button above, and typing "Trans'itions Fund" in the message box or you can send a check to us at:
